SOLID CARBIDE SPIRALS:
- We specialize in sharpening all types of solid carbide spirals for CNC applications, including compression spirals.
- Our Anca GX7 CNC grinder ensures that we maintain the original geometry for like-new performance.
ROUTER BITS:
- We offer sharpening services for both profile and straight router bits.
- Our heavy equipment and superfine wheels ensure vibration-free grinding, while our coolant system keeps the bits from overheating.
SHAPER CUTTERS:
- Our 4-axis CNC tool and cutter grinder allows us to sharpen shaper cutters with precise wing-to-wing indexing, resulting in a super sharp cutting edge and a mirror finish.
- We're also happy to test cut Stile and Rail sets upon request, and shim and refit them as necessary.
BORING BITS:
- We re-sharpen line boring and hinge bits to maintain spur height and geometry, using specially designed wheels for each diameter.
- We always have replacements on hand for any bent or broken bits.
INSERTS:
- Our insert sharpening process involves lap grinding the entire surface and removing only enough material to restore the edge, typically only .002 to .004 thousands of an inch.
- We then polish the inserts to a mirror finish.
DRILL BITS:
- We sharpen all types of drill bits, including brad point, regular point, split point, and plexi point.
- Our services extend to drill bits up to 3" in diameter.
